By clicking on a single shape you can select it. However, it is also possible to select more than one shape. This is helpful if you want to do one single operation on the selection.
In the editor you can simply hold down [Shift] and select more than one shape. You can also drag a rectangle around the shapes you wish to select. Depending on the setting Select multiple shapes by... in the User Panel you may need to hold [Ctrl] down to do so.
Setting properties of multiple shapes at once
In the shape panel you can set shared properties in one go for all selected shapes. This will prove to be a big time saver!
