again i get the above error in NativeXML 4.01 :(
Hope solved in the next releash...

I don't understand what you are talking about. When? Where? If you want things resolved, you first need to tell me what your problem is (describe the steps) and a small demo or some lines of code would help.

My idea is that there is some missing UTF16 BOM in your code but if you do not give any information it is just guessing.

Hi Nils ....

About the code you asked i already sent you a code just look at this thread http://www.simdesign.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1675 ...

Ah yes, I remember that. I havent found back the demo xml so if you can send it to my email, I will place it in my demo files (not the public files).

This question mark seemed to be only problematic in DTDs, I think the DTD processing for the DTD elements and DTD entities is still very crude in NativeXml. And the DTD parsing is different than the parsing of normal elements, so that may be why NativeXml reports that "question mark" error. I will look at the problem once I got the demo xml.
